Responsibilities

The Sales and Marketing Insights Analyst is responsible for analyzing sales, marketing, revenue, and operational performance data and turning it into clear, actionable insights for Company leaders. This role supports executive reporting, forecasting, planning, performance analysis, data integrity, and vendor and referral partner evaluation.

  • Translate sales, marketing, and revenue data into clear executive insights that explain what happened, why it happened, and what actions should be taken next.
  • Develop executive dashboards, pre-read materials, presentations, and briefing documents for leadership meetings, business reviews, budget discussions, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Identify key trends, risks, opportunities, and emerging performance shifts and proactively communicate recommendations.
  • Analyze performance across the resident acquisition funnel, including inquiry, tour, deposit, and move-in conversion.
  • Evaluate lead source quality, marketing effectiveness, sales execution, and occupancy outcomes.
  • Monitor community, regional, and portfolio-level performance against targets and historical trends.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams to identify performance gaps and recommend improvement strategies.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business initiatives, market assessments, and operational decision-making.
  • Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.
  • Analyze forecast-to-actual performance and evaluate return on investment for marketing programs and initiatives.
  • Develop scenario models to support investment decisions, resource allocation, and growth strategies.
  • Partner with Finance to connect marketing and sales performance to revenue, occupancy, and profitability outcomes.
  • Manage recurring reporting and performance analysis for referral partners and marketing vendors.
  • Maintain vendor and referral partner scorecards that measure lead quality, conversion performance, volume contribution, cost efficiency, and return on investment.
  • Compile, validate, and reconcile referral partner performance and move-in data.
  • Support vendor business reviews, contract renewals, credentialing requirements, and performance optimization efforts through objective analysis.
  • Maintain and support the integrity of sales and marketing performance data across enterprise systems.
  • Define, document, and maintain standard business metric definitions and reporting methodologies.
  • Reconcile data discrepancies across CRM, business intelligence, financial, and operational systems.
  • Validate report outputs and ensure consistency of performance reporting.
  • Support CRM user administration, including onboarding, role maintenance, and user updates.
  • Troubleshoot reporting and dashboard issues and coordinate resolution with internal partners and system vendors.
  • Administer sales contests, recognition programs, and incentive compensation tracking.
  • Support contest design, eligibility validation, performance monitoring, and payout calculations.
  • Track participant performance and produce standings, results, and leadership reporting.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of incentive reporting and participant communications.
  • May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in business analytics, marketing analytics, revenue analytics, sales operations, or related disciplines.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders with data-driven analysis and business insights.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and sales funnels, performance metrics, ROI analysis, and operational KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to transform complex data into clear business recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet and business intelligence/reporting tools, with the ability to leverage AI-enabled tools to streamline reporting, automate recurring tasks, and accelerate insight development.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or multi-site consumer services organizations preferred.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams preferred.
  • Experience with customer relationship management platforms and enterprise data environments preferred.
  • Experience evaluating marketing vendors, referral partners, and third-party performance programs preferred.
  • Knowledge of forecasting, scenario modeling, and occupancy or revenue management concepts preferred.
  • Must successfully complete all Company specified training programs.
